KK NIKON

The basis of the training process is discipline and the relationships between the competitors. Each one of them is getting individual advices and training programs, according the personal qualities. The head coach is vice-World and vice-European champion Nikolai Tzanev - 2-DAN Master grade. He has a B.A as Karate instructor (awarded with medal for sports mastership). Nikolai Tzanev gets involved with karate shotokan in 1987, and through the years he is multiple champion of Bulgaria in Kata and Kumite. He is winner of “Sport Ikar” for the year 2000, in the category “young prosper sportsman “. Now he is fully devoted to his profession as coach and with him leading, karate club “NIKON” has many champions in the different age groups, and some of them are now part of the national team of Bulgaria.

Karate club “NIKON” participates in all the events from the calendar of the National Karate Federation of Bulgaria and organizes training camp every year before the start of the season.

Karate club “NIKON” was founded in the year of 2000.For a short amount of time the club gets the upper hand among the best teams in Bulgaria, and the members are proving themselves in European and World championships. This is one of the very few clubs, training Shotokan karate in all of its aspects kata and kumite. There are no age limits in the club and man and women are training in the same conditions.
